Ireland Baldwin, daughter of actors Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, shared that her mother was “totally mortified” by her unconventional baby shower, which had a strip club theme. Instead of a traditional baby shower, Baldwin opted for a party at Jumbo’s Clown Room in Los Angeles, where she and her boyfriend received lap dances from eight strippers on stage while guests enjoyed an open bar.
Baldwin explained that she dislikes attention and the idea of opening presents in front of a group of people, so she thought a strip club would be a better option for a distraction. However, her mother did not share the same sentiment and spent the event “hiding in the corner” and drinking white wine.
