Gunfire erupted at a strip club on Cheshire Bridge Road NE in Atlanta early Saturday morning, leaving two individuals injured. According to the police report, it appears that only one of the victims may have been the intended target.
The incident took place at Allure Gentlemen’s Club, situated at 2284 Cheshire Bridge Road NE, approximately a block away from the Reserve at LaVista Walk apartments that burned down in November.
The Atlanta police received a call reporting the shooting. The male victim, 34, was walking to his car in the parking lot when an unknown assailant approached and opened fire, causing multiple gunshot wounds to his right leg. Additionally, a woman standing near the club’s entrance was hit once in the left leg.
The 34-year-old male victim sought medical attention at a nearby hospital, while the 33-year-old female victim was found in the parking lot at 4:15 a.m. and subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment.
As of now, there is no information regarding a motive for the shooting, and the identity of the suspect remains unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
