It’s a dirty cafeteria with some good dancers, and nice staff. No money making potential, regulars provide everything. Cool hangout, sad job.

This place has really fallen apart. It used to be a really good club. The girls are getting worse each time I go in I hope somebody can turn this place around before it goes out of business.
I do not have any thing to use as a benchmark for how this club was before, as this is only my 2nd times being there.
As a “rookie” to this club my first couple of visits are more of a ‘recon’ to get a feel for who it operates and all the features that come into play in my own estimation as to what makes one club better then a nother.
Pure Pleasure has impressed me with both of my vists so far and I had a really great time there on both occasions.
The dancers are a super sexy group as a whole and indiviually. The food that i have ordered and consumed has been superb; on a par with a very good resterant.The addition of hot dancers just make the expericence even better. I will return here many more times in the future as it it a great place to relax and throughly enjoy the entertaintment. Thanks “PP” for a great time and a super place to relax.
Great dancers … excellent private dances
THE WORLD’S WORST. This pace was a freaking legend when it first opened up. Then a guy who sold restaurant equipment but had no knowlege of how to run a strip club whatsoever (Dave) bought it and it went from great to OK. Now it’s owned by Billy who also owns the Candy Bars I & II and it has fallen to the depths. Cheesy redecoration was done, worthless bartenders and waitresses (Erin, you know who you are), still some good dancers but the atmosphere is the worst. LOTS of black dancers and Snoop Dog wanna be customers. Congrats Billy. You’ve ,managed to accomplish what even Dave could never do and that is to take a once fun and happening place and turn it into a
Fitty Cent inspired ghetto whore house. Keep up the good work jackass.

Went here last night. Girls are real bad looking these days. They have all
gotten older. Prices were also higher. One of the dancers asked me to go
with her to the odc club. I went had a few shots and got a couple lap
dances there. They were full contact and cheaper then the club. Club itself
sucks ass but the after hours spot is good place for extras

Maybe all the negative reviews are from people who go here at night. I don’t know, since I never go at night. I go in the daytime, and I can tell you it’s a good place to have a few beers, get some food, and hang out with some lovely dancers. During the day, there’s a good mix of girls, many are very hot and sweet. Come in the day and you may change your mind about this place.

This place is great to kick back and relax after work and have a couple of cold ones without breaking the bank. The girls smile and are generaly friendly. Foods good and the music is not to loud to talk over. The overal talent onstage at the time I was there was excellent. Bartenders and wait staff friendly as well. Dayshift chicks and nightshift chicks from what I have observed are equally hot.
I highly recommend this place.

I’ve heard this place has new management and they’re trying to improve the place. If so, they have a long way to go. The girls are fine, but they need to get new DJs who know how to play something girls can dance to and kick out the rednecks who just sit around, drink beer, and don’t tip. It’s not a hang-out bar, it’s a strip club, and it sucks for the girls and ruins the atmosphere. Shape it up or you’ll be losing business and girls.

last night was my first time back here in a long time and I must say some things had changed but overall the place was great. The new stage configuration got me when I walked in but I quickly realized that more people can see they girls that way. Food was delicious and drinks were cheap. I live in northern va and they try to make you pay 9 bucks for a beer up here. Nice change. I’ll see everyone next week when I start dancing again. <3

Don’t miss this club. It is a bit of a seedy locals place with a number of couples
and female customers in the crowd, and you won’t be hounded for money so
you can relax and have a good time. Has a nice separate private dance room
and the dances are worth the money.

Most of the girls are hot, with a good variety of girls to look at. No cover makes it a great go-to place. Also, club is now open until 2am every day. Club is a little dark, but you get used to it quickly. Good beer and food. Stage dances are topless, lap dances are full-contact. Both are lots of fun. (And, PS – topless dances aren’t illegal here b/c they don’t sell liquor, just beer and wine.) Definitely worth the visit.

My guess is that people with a vested interest in Richard’s have been coming on this site and leaving bad reviews. That’s the only thing that makes sense. The place is NOT dirty/nasty/filthy (the kitchen just got ranked #1 for cleanliness of all Richmond establishments that sell food), the work going on here to improve the atmosphere is great, and the girls and mostly nice, sweet, and pretty. If you’re too cheap to pay a little and tip well, then don’t go to a strip club … it’s not a bar, it’s a strip club, jackasses!

In this club the girls are sweet, they’ll sit and talk for hours without demanding money. I’ve spent a lot of time there. Sometimes getting dances sometimes just talking it’s been great! The cover charge isn’t bad: $10 (before 8) $20 (after). The drinks are cheap: $7.50ish. And the Dances are a bit pricey starting at $25 (topless) get the $50 though you’ll not regret it. Either way, I love this club and go back every time I’m in Richmond Virginia.
