It was dark and I was drunk. It was late. The entrance is up a rusty fire escape-like staircase in the back…at least that’s where they made us go in. It was like that scene in Swingers that was a parody of Casino (or Goodfellas? again, I’m a girl). The ladies were sparkly, nice hair, nice chesticles. No visible bruising. They looked like happy ladies of the night. The men around us seemed to be enjoying themselves. The dancers did stripper tricks and the like. There are plenty–i think 3?–of stages for your viewing pleasure. A lot of razzle dazzle.

Lots of fun, pretty girls dance and waitress here. Gets a little rambunctious on the weekend nights but daily happy hours and weeknights are always decent. The dancer named “Brook” is perhaps the finest looking stripper in the country. Lots of the other dancers are damn fine too.
i have enjoyed almost all my visits here. the girls, the music and the booze all put you in the party mood. it has the feel of a local bar…with wild young girls partying there!! sometimes they get super foxes in here to dance. mostly the girls are young and tatted up. But you need a drink or three to see some of them as ‘beautiful”. party on garth!!
First of all I have to say that I am not from DC. I was visiting over the weekend and decided to visit this club because of the commercials I kept hearing. I was extremely dissapointed with this establishment. It started when a female friend and I arrived at the club. She had to go to the bathroom, which for some reason is in the exact same room the women change in, so I asked the bouncerwhere the bathroom was. He sent her upstairs. I made to go to the bar when he grabs me and pushes me against the wall and told me that I was not allowed upstairs. When I explained what I was doing he got even more rude. I brushed this off because I figured he had a hard day. I was extremely wrong. Waitresses were extremely rude and the dancers, who were somewhat attractive, focused more on the old guy who was apparently a regular than anyone else. Drinks expensive (friend ordered Sex on the beach and paid 14.00 for it)and not well made at all. I can honestly say I would never suggest this club to any of my friends who go to the area a lot, nor will I ever set foot in this place again.
I liked this place. I’ve been to other clubs in dc and this one is the best. It’s in a rather safe neighborhood and the atmosphere is pleasant. Girls are hot…except for one or two. But overall I love it.

Did any of you see that news story where a guy went into Good Guys and tried to set a bartender there on fire? That seemed a bit extreme, but with the quality of service there….I was here for one of my close friend’s bachelor parties. It was also the first time I had been to a “Gentleman’s Club” before, and after this experience, I don’t have much of a desire to do it again. I can accept the fact that it is going to be sleazy in there (I mean, it is a strip club), but wow, seeing old men get as close to the stage as possible and stare directly at the girl’s labia majora didn’t make me feel all that good about myself. Even that would have been tolerable, but our waitress was rude and got mad at us for not tipping her enough, even though the drinks were terrible and overpriced. Then, after we ordered a round of shots, she took one of them for herself and charged us for it. The only reason it gets two stars was that the girls were more attractive than I would have expected (for a place like this). Then we got kicked out for no apparent reason. I should have expected all of this. I’ll be right back, I just gotta get something at the Chevron station across the street….

The one star says it all: avoid like the plague! Any place w/bouncer’s at the door gives you a good indication of what you’re about to get into…Seating is packed, drinks over-priced (naturally) and the main entree in on the stage. This place defines the term “seedy” and I have to wonder how it has managed to stay in business for so long? If you’re looking for “T & A” there’s a lot better out there like Camelot or if you want to cross the river,- the Crystal City Restaurant . At least at the CCR you can get something decent to eat & you don’t feel like you need a shower after entering!

The five stars is for the strippers. They were attractive, and really awesome. I don’t know if they treated me better than the regular clientele because I’m a girl and not a creepy guy, but either way they were awesome. I thought there was a good handful who were very, very good dancers also. The layout wasn’t stellar, but there were three stages, which gave me enough variety. Our waitress was HILARIOUS! The environment was great, the drinks were great (pricey of course, $7.75 for a bud light), and I had almost too good of a time. I was there with my boyfriend and another couple. My friend was a bit overwhelmed, it was her first time, and the girls were extra nice to her, coming up to us saying how attractive we were which I thought was nice 🙂 Yeah, I pretty much got smashed there and we all had a great time, definitely will come back when I have a bill to drop.

Love this place! Second strip club I have been to and the dancers were all pretty! No cover charge, but you must buy a drink to stay. Not allowed to touch the dancers because of D.C. Laws but the dancers are really friendly and pretty.

Dancers were in good spirits. I liked the fact that they had this dancer who loved to debate Politics. I was very impressed that they had a dancer with brains. She was deaf and her name was Dasiey. I think. There were few others who liked to discuss real life issues too. GGS have dancers with brains. NICE!!!

I went to Good Guys on a whim with some friends and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The place definitely has some sketchy and skeevy guys who linger around but I was really excited to see what all the hype was about with the girls. Sad to say I was so disappointed I can’t even describe it. Maybe it was the night that I went but it seemed like most of the girls were barely legal and looked like they were in middle school. I’ve been to other strip clubs around the world and I’ve always seen some beautiful girls but they just don’t seem to be the norm at Good Guys… which even as a straight girl I would appreciate to see. On the other hand, the girls were absolutely pleasant and delightful and paid far more attention to me than the guys I was with which was quite comical and sad for my friends. The girls were truly fun to talk to and all were interested in hearing what bet I had lost to end up there. If they weren’t as pleasant as they were I would’ve only given Good Guys 1 star though.

So I went to Good Guys, and had a good time. FREE admission was the BEST! I entered and immediately saw girls dancing on the stage. Not to crowded, and everyone just wanted to have a good time. The WINGS were some of the BEST I have ever had. I ended up ordering 18. They were amazing. Ill id definitely go back again.
This place is killer, the dancers are sexy as hell, the vibe was a party atmosphere and no cover charge to boot, upscale casual with a nice variety of women. ..definitely will be on my fav spot next time I’m in DC

We was there at Sunday night after the big snow storm. At that night probably we was maximum 15 people in all place but I guess from the bad weather outside and Sunday night. Anyways the server was nice, the security too everybody was pretty friendly but the strippers should take care more better for their shape, that’s why people going to strip club to enjoy at good view!
Take my review with a grain of salt. It was my first time in a strip club. And guess what? I LOVE strip clubs. Or I just love this strip club. The women were friendly, not ridiculously fake looking, and ever so happy to have us there. Five stars!The drinks were not too expensive, which is always nice. But the complimentary food was . . . weird. We did not partake.
This club really sucks. The waitress are not alert and they do not care about you. One glass of soda was 7.25!!! Strippers are pushy for the tips. This club makes me sick. Do not go.

This was a decent spot to take my friend on his birthday. Friendly crowd and the layout is good – a long stretch with three stages so you can take your pick which one you watch. The girls were all cute and many could do some pretty impressive acrobatics.After their dance, the girls would walk around and half-heartedly shake your hand. This wasn’t a shake-down for more money, no… even if you never give a stripper a single buck **cough Kathleen cough**, they’ll get you back in drink prices.Domestic beer was $7.75 and imports were $8.75, so I was a bit miffed to be charged $8.75 for a Yuengling. I understand that Pennsylvania is a commonwealth, but . . . but I had some high-brow joke I was going to include right now, but I’ll stop. This is a strip club review.
Too small of a place to be sitting next to some schmoe in a tank-top and sideways hat. Oh, and don’t try to make any comments aloud when the manager is talking to the girls like their dogs calling them all sorts of names right in front of your table.

Went in there on a friday night, the place was packed and the girls were very pretty. Many different kinds of girls that were all friendly and not stuck up. The music was a bit too loud for me but this is really a party place.
If there’s one bright spot at Good Guys, like Michael said, it’s the women. Beautiful in all shapes and sizes and many of them have some serious moves–a few sexy, some simply impressive (I saw a girl do a headstand, and another one hook her high heel on the cross beam well above her head in a stretch, wow). Thing is, there’s really no “strip” in the striptease here. There’s a very business-like moment of undressing before each girl’s routine starts and it kind of kills the sexiness of it.Beyond that, the place only gets worse. Super expensive, watered-down drinks and pushy waitresses constantly trying to get you to buy more. Their rail whiskey was something like $10 and tasted like piss with ice cubes. Music is the same techno beats with no reprieve, so there is no variety in the dances that the women do either.Plus side– one of the dancers came and hung out at our table. Super friendly and adorable! She was a bundle of energy and absolutely made my night.
I just moved here from Houston and wanted to know if this or any clubs show love to blck girls. I’m thinking about working at this club but a little scared due to me being black. I love all races and treat all pepolpe equal. I know that who ever I work for will not be disappointed in my dancing or my looks 100% real and only like nude clubs. Plus I’m a very free spirt person, love talking and listing to my customers. I don’t push table dances on people, infact while I’m talking or walking people will grab me and ask for me to dance. Just for the record whoever wanted to dance in DC or even Baltimore. These two cities cater to white girls even if they look like who don’t and why and have no rythm. If you are black try to go to Baltimore there is there are three specific clubs off the block that are good and clean and cater to black girls and nothing else and is worth the drive. Unless you are a dingy kind of black girl then you might get in to any club. but just to let you know camelot is races plus good guys plus Jp’s.Just a fyi.

This place is the perfect mix of rowdy and classy. The girls are relatively young (compared to the desperate 40 year olds you find in most other clubs) and always outrageously fun. Music is loud and hard. Love it.
Amazed to find this entertainment in Georgetown. It’s not the best but you get what you pay for.After visiting an establishment downtown, we hopped a cab and asked for the next “whiskey” bar so to speak. He brought us to Good Guys. Surprised to find it on the upper end of Wisconsin Ave past all the posh shopping. No line no cover and not not that busy on a random week night. Monday nights are busier as we found out. 3 stages and a decent flow of dancers. Some were good but more were below average. They try hard though. The table service varied greatly between the two nights we were there from very good to being ignored. Not intoxicated, ordering drinks, paying cash and tipping a buck a drink. I would say that’s more than fair in this place. Still, it was tough to get a refill.If you’re in the area with nothing to do. Come on in. But beware, there are better places in DC to kill time

this isn’t really a club, anymore. it’s a restaurant bar that happens to feature naked girls on the stage. the food actually is decent considering where you are, and for excellent prices. the drinks are rather high, but then again, they need to make up for the fact that there is no cover charge. the girls range from “get away from me” to “i’ll marry you” depending upon which night you’re there. it’s slipped in quality from where it once was. but it still reigns as one of dc’s best joints.
My friend and I went to Good Guys last night and had an awesome time! The dancers were friendly, were pleased to know it was my birthday and showed me a lot of special attention. The bouncer was doing his job (in position watching the dancers-normal) The bartender was cool. There was a pretty good vibe at Good Guys on a Tuesday night and my friend and I plan to go back very soon.

I think it’s weird this place is between a Whole Foods and a playground/park, but I guess even a nice family-oriented neighborhood like this needs a strip club. And boy, do they mean strip. It’s not just topless here.It was my first time so I don’t have anything to compare to but the girls were kinda cellulitey.. not cute. And most of them didn’t seem to be working very hard. I don’t know what Slate H. is smoking but this club sucks. You walk in and someone leads you to a seat where you pay around 8 bucks for a beer and the other 2 usually go to the girl who fetched the beer. Average looking girl dances on stage nude and you place dollars on the stage. Then they walk around and “Shake your hand” and you hand them another dollar. NO GARTER! Isn’t this purpose of the garter to disallow touching? Hmmm.. Anyhow, you CAN’T touch the girls so it doesn’t matter what they look like. The place was packed and I don’t know why. There was this one overweight blonde with below average looks who was on stage and some low life latino was throwing his rent money on stage to some how think it impresses the other patrons. I would say he pulled $300 ones out of his pockets and spent 10 minutes standing in front of the dancer throwing them on stage. I’m assuming he didn’t understand how to make it rain and just throw stacks of a hundred ones at her. I say if you’re in DC go find something else to do.

I am “lucky” enough to live close to two DC strip clubs and I hadn’t yet ventured in to either of them until this past Friday night. I was immediately carded by a very large bouncer as soon as I walked in. There were three stages along the length of the room and the girls would rotate among them. Out of the 10ish girls I saw that night, I would say that only one or two of them were really all that impressive. The crowd was pretty diverse: creepy old men, creepy young men, drunken frat guys, obvious pimps and their hooker dates, and us. The drink prices were insane and the waitress that was trying to sell shots was really pushy (and her outfit was soooo not flattering). The girls would come up to all of the tables but weren’t exactly friendly. Security was super tight, as we saw them “escort” a guy out very very quickly. The music was really, really bad: I can’t blame the girls for their inability to shake it to bad hard rock.
