I find this club institutional & mildly unfriendly. Regardless of how hot the dancers may be, if they give crappy dances then it's not fun. I find the staff mildly unfriendly. The fact that there's a wide range of opinions does not invalidate them. LOTS of restaurants get bad reviews in addition to lost business. You seem to be suffering from bifurcationitis, the all-or-nothing syndrome. It's rampant among the closed minded.
This board is full of basher, always has and always will. You can type until you are blue in the face and the bashers will not stop. Everybody that has been to Foxy knows a good time can be had there. The club is clean, the girls range from very cute to very hot and the club has a nice layout. If somebody does not like it then they must be very picky or gay.
What? Sorry Miz but if you don't like it at foxy, open a can of shut the hellup and walk a quarter mile and go to Caddy. You should be posting positive reviews on the caddy page if you don't like it here, not wasting your time going and complaining waaaahhh. Every strip club in town is playing techno beat "trance" music. Its in everywhere, most are OK with the music. That's not the issue. Friday night is not an "old" crowd, basically the same music is played and its played "loud" just not ear shattering obnoxious levels., yet nobody is complaining about that DJ. The Saturday nite DJ is an out of control egomaniac. He needs to go work at a real dance club.
Is this a discotech ? This club is full of hangwisers and pants sagging thugs who litter around the club . The music is too loud but the hangwisers still hoot and holler like monkeys escaping from a cage . A few blow up dolls were being thrown in the air and tossed from different sides of the club . No wonder the best girls no longer work these shifts . Also a lot coke snorting going on here as even on the mirrored glass upon entering where you veer out to the parking lot the powder could be seen.
Saturday night at Foxy caters to the younger crowd and that is why they play the trance music and play it loud. Other nights are melow, such as sunday nights and few nights during the week. They are trying to mimic a dance club atmosphere on saturday nights. Personally i love saturday nights, and the music.
lowers the music volume way down so we can hear HIM when a bachelor party is in and he's giving his usual diatribe on blowjobs.. Not a single person in here is complaining about the (Wolf Man Jack style) usual Friday nite DJ. He puts the volume up too, just not to OBNOXIOUS levels.
I like the Saturday night vibe, as well as the fresh new pretty faces. I am even feeling the music and don't mind the volume. I can't stand the strobe lights however. It feels like a persistent camera flash flashing in your eyes on and off on and off. I can't believe no accidents have occurred as a result of these strobe lights. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BAN THE STROBE LIGHTS FOR GODSAKES. How about a more romantic ambient lighting.
We should just can the Saturday night DJ for coming on here and spilling vulgarity . He doesnt play my type music and puts it way too loud . The strobe lights are overused . The new DJ will be coming soon . DJ Midge aka the Midget will be running things .
I dont how old you guys are that are complaining about the volume, but you sound like 80 year old guys that with no teeth. Who cares about the volume, its a saturday night with a good crowd, good drinks and everybody having a good time. If you dont like the loud music then go on a monday afternoon. People come here to see the ladies right? Not the owners or managers, last time i checked they dont take off their clothes. Just enjoy the club for what it is and stop complaining, nobody likes an 80 year old guy that wears diapers.
This ain't no singles bar, so why the extreme volume? Sat. nite made me really wonder why I even bother coming here. I couldn't talk to any strippers without spitting all over their ears as I tried to make myself heard. As a case in point, I'd have to say that the Foxy is the most mismanaged club in the area. Great potential. but jerks running the place.
when a nite DJ goes crazy and jacks the volume up thru the roof like its punk a rock club, it doesn't help things. Strippers are strippers in every club in town, .but Foxy does a decent job of having dancers who can be both charming and can carry a decent conversation. However when you are seated at a table with a dancer and she's 3 feet away and you cannot even talk, it doesn't help the club, the dancers, or the customers.
I don't think it's safe to say that at all. In fact I agree with his main idea:
"This club is one of the least fun clubs in the city."
As always, YMMV, but if someone's not having fun at Foxy, 'd hardly find it surprising, & I don't see how that has anything to do with blow up dolls.
What is the next remodeling phase here turn the club into a discotech with girls on roller blades . Heard new lights might be installed again so it won't be so dark and baldies head will shine bright as he walks around with his arrogant grin . The good people of the tiny farm town of Ketchum, idaho are all abuzz about the new neighbor. They were playing Michael Jacksons greatest hits when all of a sudden the midget hit the stage and began moonwalking . The shower was being used to lock some of the girls in there who don't smell clean or clean their garments . Need a breath mint machine installed for many of these club girls .

The foxy is changing from a strip club to a loud music nightclub with naked ladies , Arabian tents and midgets . The DJ should be canned for his overuse of the volume and strobes . Maybe it's time they finally turn this place into the right hands . What the hell is Lee , Antoinetta and Paige from Desire doing here . To come here they must be desperate and got fired from Desire . Haze from CL now here . Some of these girls just can't stick with one club because they are dumb and think grass is greener elsewhere . This place is not customer friendly .

techno beat is everywhere, its in now, no big deal, play anything they want, strobe just annoying but VOLUME? causes ringing in the ears for days. Last nite u had to use sign language to order a drink at the bar. Or lean over screaming at the bartender. Why not just bring in a jet engine and blow everyone's ear drums out and complete the job? You can have a deaf dumb handicap patron, special strip club. The added obnoxious decibel levels add nothing to the music either.

The weekend night music at Foxy and all strip clubs around Providence seems to be changing. Playing alot of upbeat trance music the past several months. Very few hip hop or rock songs being played. It may be different during the week but on Saturday nights especially they are really turning up the trance music. I do love the Rhianna song they play though, think its called "found love in a hopeless place". Seems to be Foxy theme song.
The best Foxy DJ ever was a black dude who worked here about 10 years ago. He was smooth as silk, with a deep, velvety voice. Can't remember his name, but what a pro he was.
Music was a little loud but it was still a good time. I am not sure which one Ruby is. I probably saw her and did not know it. Can you give a description of her? I did see Trina there, also a few new faces too.
Alana did not seem to be doing much last night, saw her once sitting at the bar alone and another time just standing around. Besides Lee, no other Desire girls there.

Don't ask bouncers what girls do extras here as you will be thrown out onto the new asphalt . The DJ here on weekend nights ruins the experience , he has more lights strobing then in a fucking haunted house . He turns the music so loud that you can't talk to a dancer or hear when you leave . The bachelor party buses poured in and they were greeted by the midget and Waldo behind the plexiglass who demanded they don't look for extras here even though they have hired extra girls from other clubs .

Sat nite DJ was on usual ego trip. Volume (even early evening) was at MAX or very close, and he was going crazy with strobe light. In contrast the usual Friday nite DJ (he sounds like the late Wolfman Jack) puts volume up for crowds, but not ear shattering level, so you can still converse with the dancers.
Good list but also add "Trina" (model type with korean-irish heritage), "Jezabelle" (tall and graceful, very charming, multi-ethnic appearance), and "Ruby" (super hot Dominican)
Alot of girls on, had to be atleast 45 if i had to take a guess. Saw Jacquline there and she was not doing much, she was wearing her classic purple dress though. Bianca, Tonya, Gabriella, Lyza, Demi, Britney, Veronica, Sandra, Alana (from caddy) Lee (from Desire), Bailey (from Caddy), Bella, Sierra, and many others were there. Very good night overall and not overly crowded.
