The biggest problem with the regular $25 dance price is that guys don't want to do just ONE dance, lest they be considered a cheap ass, so instead of doing 2 and spending $50 they just say the hell with it. 3 to 4 yrs back at CF it was actually 2 for $20 with no house fee. Foxy briefly tried something similar back in 2008.
Figure random dancers on random shifts are idle 80 to 90% of the time anyways (not on stage, no laps or CRs being sold), so with the 2 for $25 some dancers have made nice $$ over at CF on these otherwise low traffic days. The other clubs are still pissed at CF about not going along with fixed pricing.

6k a month is pretty damn good since the economy is still shitty especially down in Rhode Island. How many companies in RI offer positions with salaries of 72k which is what 6k a month is?? Money can be made but the majority and I mean majority of dancers in this city are making nowheres near 6 k a month . Regulars club in town is Desires . This place is a lapdance club with a terrible lapdance area . Go figure . 100 per shift is sometimes too much for a dancer and they bail
I agree on that, in this economy, regulars is where it's at. If a girl is a 10 but has no regulars, she'd make much less than an 8 with a bunch of regs. It's a no brainer. Regulars are not a one size fits all type thing. They are a lot of maintenance though.
6k - very possible. Don't underestimate how much dancers can make. It really depends on the dancer and how many regulars and what kind of regulars they have.
If you are an FS dancer then you can make 6k a month at Foxy, but there are very few if any FS dancers here as they will eventually get fired (i.e. Camilla). Take into consideration the $100 per shift house fee and the very slow weekdays and nights, very tough to make 6k. The weekends are better but mostly lap dances being sold, very few dancers even push the downstairs booths when talking with customers. The majority of weekend customers are there for a night out after a dinner in the city or out with a bunch of friends that tip on stage and maybe get a lap dance.

No way, it's tax time and u should check ur numbers lol. Even if you worked every day that would be $200/day. I talk to many dancers and $200 per day is a great day. With minimum shifts (3 per week) you're making half that at best. Keep dreaming though.

noticeable downturn in dance sales, but club doing pretty well with drinks + cover charges, especially with early 20 something (regular dance club) crowd mostly on Fri and Sat nites after 9 pm, who in fact rarely buy dances. Seems the influence of Hip Hop artists in the prior decade have made upscale strip joints the IN thing with this demographic. They hear T Pain and Akon singing about these clubs in their teens, and when they're 21 they want to live the experience themselves.

By next summer when the Obama Depression starts to pick up steam, dancers are going to have a a lot of trouble selling ANY 25 dollar dances. Dancers on avg are already idle 95% of the time anyways, so at some point clubs may be forced to lower prices.
The big problem with 25 dollar dances, is that guys feel like a cheap ass when they buy only ONE dance, but if they do two dances for the 50 bucks, that's a big impact $$ wise for most. So better to skip buying any dances except on 2 for 1 days.
Lapdances are cheap test drives only need to do 1 or 2 to see what the dancer is all about and if she likes to freaky and wild . Simple process , hot dancers all over town looking to give brain and open up their orifices
