Customer pays dancer $500 in cash for what they approximate to be 20 dances. Then timekeeper does a special calculation for the dancer and determines only 10 dances were done. Dancer then pays timekeeper 50 cash. The remaining 50 they split between them (real example using exact dollars( ( 3 days laters, same issue, different $$, identical parties)

Because when you do this, you must then rely on informants within your own club for what is really going on, seeing that you are never there to know for yourself. And those informants are always going to push their personal agendas. A person could be doing a great job, but, if that informant doesn't like that person, they're a dead duck, ultimately. In this scenario everyone then becomes "guilty until proven innocent" in the owners eyes, and that really sucks. And some "great managers" do steal, do drugs, and drink on the job. In short, you gotta be there yourself to really know your club.

There has been speculation about Misha.... A couple of times I have seen her in street clothes on a saturday night at the club.
