no predictability to schedule, different shifts, day and nite. so you never know when he might be peeping under the door, on mon afternoon it wazn't until i waz there 2 hrs and had my 8th beer when i spotted him upstairs, and he oftens stands under tables where u can't see him
Sounds like this club is turning into a not so good place to go for dancers or much else. If they have timekeepers staring at you and midgets peeking at you what good is going to a private section of the club? Why are they ruining this club and tightening up so much on the rules?
Well, according to earlier posts there was some better options in the club then the saloon doors the midgets are peeking under. The stepladders for the flowered men are out in full force
What other options are here besides the saloon doors the midgets and hawaii 50 are peeking over and under? Where are the VIP rooms and how much? From What I have seen and read does not seem like much extra action is going on here.
I spent 30 minutes in a downstairs champagne room last night with my hands all over dancer and her hands and mouth all over me. If you want to go for the gusto you have to go to VIP. Those stupid little dance cubicles are NOT private!

You gotta be lucky upstairs is even open when you go here now. You might find high privacy if you go in a saloon doors room upstairs but downstairs is not that private at all. And the contact has been tamer than usual, plus extras are talked about , but these girls do not give you anything here except a headache.
Day shift on Mon and tues upstairs has alot more privacy! I generally go in mid afternoon and have never once been bothered in the rooms. No clipboards, no eyes, no hassles.
I found the FL contact to be better than fantasies lately for sure. Fantasies has people peeking over you and the jungle crew counting up on their pads. I think Desire and Foxy are a better option right now for contact and the extra mileage.
Right now I consider the FL a better value since the "watchers" appear to have evened out the contact level. Although CF costs half as much, imo the women at FL are twice as hot. For me the deciding point was the virtually unlimited contact at CF. Now that that appears to be gone I will spend the same and just get fewer dances, with much prettier women.
Well if this place is no longer a great value and worth the trip anymore with the recent changes, what club in providence actually makes the city worth visiting? By changing all these clubs and the services that people came to love the out of towners just wont come back. They can get the same thing close to where they live if dumb changes are going to be made. Sounds like even dancers are fed up here. What club in town actually is worth a trip from out of town now?
I don't think its about blame at all. To me the end result is all that matters. When this place was a great value, I went alot. Now its not a great value and with the recent changes its not worth the 95 mile round-trip drive anymore. I always assumed this was one of those "too good to be true values" so I took advantage of it. Golf, poker and weekends at the beach now become the better value.
If they have people checking over everything during dances this place is changing for the worse and a lot the regulars might not come back anymore. People come here because they like the relaxed atmosphere and setup, but most of all they love the high contact lapdances without being bothered. These last few posts are making it sound as this place is going downhill fast.
The $5 charge to the house is to keep the girls from intentionally skipping stage sets. These girls had it made if they were honest. But that is funny, an honest stripper. They would just go sit in a chair with a customer, do nothing, and not get paid, skip the set and make it near impossible to get any talent on stage. Would you walk into a club that had no entertainer on stage? I wouldn't. Blame the girls for that one, not the club. And really now, what is $5?
I remember the club a few years back would have a bouncer checking the cabanas upstairs every few minutes, there job was to keep time, and keep an eye on the customers and girls, the problem is they got to relaxed about the whole thing...Get used to this being timed and checked on, things are changing.
Greed is always a short-term solution to a long-term problem. Reminds me of an old saying in my business: Pigs get fed; hogs get slaughtered. Sunday 5-7 was a blast. Monday with the annoying Hawaiin shirt people around resulted in me spending nothing on dances at this club for the first time ever. Just killed it for me. Back to FL I go Hogs.
and grabbing the 5 dollars, must be because booze sales and other dances way off, , although conventional bars would kill to have the cash flow this place kicks out each day 7 days a week, , especially considering the main draw (scantily clad women in 6 inch platforms) itself is a no-cost operatation (dancers paying to dance) meaning 95% of the workforce is free, the rest working for min wage plus tips.
The value of this business would shock people, same with the other 3 majors, who share the de facto Prov strip club monopoly..
Glad to see10 dollar dances 12 to 2 and 5 to 7 still in effect. Wednesday and hopefully the other 2 days.
If dancers are complaining this is not a good sign, as many might pack it up and leave. This place will just lose more business. Honestly the cadillac lounge is a better club then here right now. People say it has strictened up but so has this club and this has ruined what once made it fun and the best spot in providence.

I'm going to have to agree with "Masslaw" and the two other posts from today. When I posted back on April 17th on the demise of Monday and Tuesday's 2 for $20, it was fairly obvious that it was a mistake to have a representative from the club monitoring dances. It makes the Customer and Dancer both very uncomfortable. How are these Dancer's going to make money now? Probably won't be back unless I read otherwise on this board. It's just not much fun anymore and there is just way too much tension in the air.
Please the other clubs are doing nothing wrong except gaining business from this clubs ridiculous actions. Honestly I came here the last time and the girls were average anyway and the dances downstairs were not at all private. I highly doubt I will be back here again. Plus it seems as if the Hawaii 50 guys always have this arrogant tough guy attitude.
To Busted: The club is ahead of the game? By what standard? The fact they had a good thing going and felt the need to cash in on it at the expense of the dancers? I know it will be some time before I spend here again and not just because with summer approaching I have better targets for my hard-earned cash. The specials are not worth it unless you like being hovered over like a hawk and enjoy having a bouncers pen and pad watching you while having a lapdance. This club is no longer what it once was. This place is a lot tamer and a lot of things they are doing are pissing off the customers.
Issa was on dayshift today Tuesday, fairly hot Dominican blonde, 5-4 , 125 lbs. been at club yrs apparently, usually nites.. On the other issue, Mon and Tues 2 for $20 definitely gone, now 2 for $25 but more importantly with all the hassle it entails is back, with, the flexibilitygone, No more chance just to relax and estimate the count (with favorites). it certainly doesn't help with the dancer retention issue., I;ve heard 10 dollar (no house fee) dances are stil in effect 12 to 2, and 5 to 7 pm certain days, lets hope so,
The caddy was once the best club of them all, but I don't know about now. I heard the caddy lacks privacy now and it's no extras at all. Right now though foxy and desire are first and second with caddy and fantasies battling each other for the 3rd or 4th best. Well, there is always cheaters, just wear a gas mask.

The dancers are directly responsible for all the hovering tropical shirts. They blew it with the honor system of paying the club their cut by lying continuously about how many dances they were doing and cheating the club out of money. Now it is being monitored closely. It will calm down eventually. it always does...
Whats the deal with the bouncers hounding over the dancers doing lapdances here and the contact being so weak as of late? If this continues and if this is going to be the new norm for this club I wont even bother going here anymore. This could be the best club in providence yet they have found a way to screw it up and make it maybe 2nd or 3rd best . How can the dances keep going back and forth from great contact to weak contact to no contact at all. This club is starting to put a damper on the good times that used to be had here. Trust me if you want solid dances and privacy go to Desire or Foxy Lady. Better shot at extras at Desire though, unless you become a regular at foxy and have a nice stack of cash.
The fact this club is so fee based will be their undoing. I'd rather do one dance at $25 in private with a hot woman at FL; then 2/25 with a lesser woman here and the bouncer sitting nearby. Noticed a serious diminution in contact yesterday compared to the 5-7 dances Sunday night which were insane and wet. I wondered why the below the waist contact had increased here 2 weeks ago and now I know: things were changing.
Though my spending habits are more in line with MASSLAW's I do take issue with the fact that a dancer can't buy her way off the stage at CF. Honestly, management is so fine/fee based here I'm a little surprised that the option isn't there as it would make the club and the DJ money.
sometimes looks like Hawaii 50 with those shirts. also its true, , lot of heavy and chunky girls sometimes, even Foxy Lady has a few (5-5 and 170 lbs) which is even weirder. To be able to walk into a so-called premium club and apply for a job as an "exotic dancer" - they've got to believe they are actually hot.
If a dancer is doing a private dance or VIP room she doesn't have to go up on stage until she is done. If she is sitting with a customer she has to get up and go do her set...unless of course she can manage to stay out of sight and at least one other dancer goes to the stage.
I like the upstairs much better than downstairs but I pretty much stick with the VIP rooms for dances and go at night so privacy downstairs has not been an issue.
Personally I'd be fine with one dancer on stage at a time doing 2 or 3 song sets the way most other clubs do. Ten years ago when this club had 50 girls working during the day and over a hundred at night the multiple dancer rotations made sense. Not anymore...
Not much privacy anymore in the downstairs on special lapdance days as the flamingo shirted people are carrying a pad and peeking over each dancer and customer. The cattle call is a good name since each time I come I see some girls that should be working on the farm instead of dancing.
When the upstairs is closed, does this mean no dances can be had in the vip (saloon door) rooms? If that is the case, that means the club is losing $30 from anyone that might want to partake in that. Its got to run well into the hundreds of dollars per night. Sounds crazy if that is true.
Do they interrupt girls who are giving lap dances to bring them out for the cattle call? That seems crazy, considering the goal of going on stage is to attract guys to buy dances.
If you just mean interrupting girls who are just sitting and talking with customers, then I think it's OK. In fact there have been complaints on the Foxy board about girls spending too much time sitting and talking. It doesn't matter what you've spent in the past, the other guys in the club paid their cover charge and deserve a chance to spend some money on the girl of their choice. I guess that's the goal of the cattle call, but I do wish they would keep the upstairs open.
on most things, except on the upstairs closing issue, because upstairs is the key thing that makes this a great club.
Other ongoing issue is the cattle call(multiple girls called to stage in short rotations) which for us customers that actually spend considerable amounts on certain dancers, we've long worked around the disruptive effects and constant interruptions and at times obvious house mother hassling of dancers, but now they are using the cattle call itself - to justisfy shutting down upstairs by sayiing "there are often not enough dancers to have upstairs open" . Foxy does one dancer per stage most times, no problem
This club has done more over the last few years to try and accommodate the average SC customers shrinking entertainment budget than any other club in RI. Be it 2 for $20 or 2 for $25 it's still the best LD price in Providence and there is plenty of privacy in the PD area. When I drive to RI (from Mass) I do it with the intention of hitting several clubs. I always wind up at CF or go there first and and up having too much fun to leave.
For whatever reason this club continues to be unpredictable and changing the normal setups. Who wants to have 2 for20 or 25 dances when it's not private at all and downstairs is average. This club is a lot tamer and at times the grindage and privacy is unpredictable. To the guy from mass not worth traveling here much anymore because the extras are hardly going on. I think other clubs are better then here now a days in providence.

are now 2 for $25. Twenty for the Dancer and $5 for the Club. At least that's how it was last week. That is why you now see someone who works for the club downstairs in the vicinity of the booths monitoring the quantity of such, also on Monday and Tuesday.
I'm not the prior poster but a customer, however the club could have 2 for 20 seven days a week, and extras would still be down 90%. They monitor the 2 for 25 to simple make sure they get the $5 cut, i.e its a bookkeeping issue of sorts.
Rhode Island came very close to losing high contact grinds, the club owners saved it. Keeping their licenses is the #1 goal now.. Oddly enough, despite the spas being the presumed easy target, spas have one advantage, they are easy to start up from scratch w/o any major licenses required, whereas clubs (w/ their alcohol and adult ent licenses) and zoning issues, are nearly impossible to start today in Prov, making existing ones very valuable..
I would expect that since you're in the industry that you would not insult your customers or as they say, "bite the hand that feeds you". That said, what is so wonderful about a "2 for $25 grind" which amounts to 2 songs of a pure frustration dry grind while a bouncer with a clipboard downstairs monitors the entire two songs so the house gets their $5. Again, what is so great about a dry two song grind? Club needs to go back to 2 for $20. So "Dancer" no extras means NO Livelyhood. Figure it out yourself or move along......
I will have to admit, the guys who were in Sat. day, were very nice. Didnt smell bad, they washed their clothes, brushed their teeth.. they were great company today. Most of the girls made decent money also. ---Wish guys were like this more often!

which is not a good way to run a business, especially when people drive from distant locales, Mon to Wed nites closed for sure is the usual schedule., but hard to preidct, They claim its because of lack of dancers, but then why do they do the cattle call? with 2 to 3 at a time) One dancer per stage is sufficient. As for downstairs not looking busy. That is outweighed by the hassle it creates.

THe Caddy is turning up for the better lately and its turning into the wild wild days again. Do not listen to others that this place has changed all that much. The signs are down and the amount of bouncers is the same. The difference between Desire and fantasies is you dont have to go tip a host or hostess to get what you want. At Desire take a girl to the booth and she will let you know whats up.
I just realized that I have been doing something that usually annoys me when I see someone else doing it. Arguing with idiots and arguing on one clubs board about a different club.
Fantasies has a larger staff than Desire so there is usually a better selection/variety of girls. Fantasies has many more Asian and Black girls so if you have a preference you're better off here than there.
The saloon doors aren't as private as the booths at Desire but with the right girl and a tip for the host/hostess you can still have a lot of fun.
Can the folks who ask the same question time and time again just this once leave their mom's basement and go spend that ten dollar bill you got for high scholl graduation on one of the dancers?
