Yes an exit strategy is perfect, you dont want to end up like Camilla's mom at cheaters still banging when you are 48 years old. The looks fade, and the new and hotter talent will start to emerge over the years and the old dancers will be put out to pasture.

The new girls here now are not what the club needs. Many of them are "wanna dance" girls, as i was approached by several of them last time i was there. I know every guy has their own type of girl but the girls that approached me were no more than a 4 in my opinion. Also had one girl approach me twice in less than ten minutes. I said no the first time and once again said no the second time. Not much changes in ten minutes with me. The veterans have a strong hold on this club, and the new girls should learn from them.
Did someone say the vast majority of dancers DON'T do heavy extras? What clubs are you going to? If you look at the 3 similar clubs (CF, CL and CD) I would guess that 75% drive standard, 50% sing Piano Man and 25% have My Way in their repertoire.
There is no back-pedaling going on here. The only problem is your reading comprehension. I made several separate statements regarding (A) some dancers and their earnings and (B) dancers in general. You are drawing conclusions that I did not.
I do agree with whomever said that the newer girls are not doing as well as the more focused veterans. Dancing is a real job and to many of the new girls don't treat it that way.
You can narrow down the 2k dancers to about only a handful of dancers as there is only a few veterans that have been here for 5 plus years. Other than those particular girls i doubt many of them are making 2k a week. Some of the new girls are either not attractive or they are annoying, and yes i have met some new girls and they fit both that criteria.

2k guy is pretty accurate based on what I know from the regular dancers I've had for many years. Most of them have a weekly goal and they will work an extra shift if they have to to make that goal. FWIW I know dancers in Mass clubs who are achieving pretty much the same financial goals with no heavy extras and, in a few cases, barely any contact at all.
almost a 100k a year? as you're saying for non extras dancers: "2k a week in 3 or 4 shifts is attainable for any woman who keeps her eye on the prize." Other than non-extras Samantha of Caddy, who does way more than 4 shifts a week, you will find very few non-extra girls doing this, let alone ANY dancer. Lana at Foxy also does way more than 4 shifts, but they are top scale in looks.

There has been some new girls there but they seem to have no idea what to do. Not sure if they are rookies or what but their approach is not working. Girls were telling me they started working here during the past few weeks and it was not working out as they were hardly making any money. I just said to them hang in there and give it some time, and try to build up some regulars.
Elena is not a no extras dancer, except maybe with you and few other gullible customers. Most extras dancers work on a need to know only basis, and if the dollars keep flowing w/o extras, you stay slotted that way. Sorry that's the way it is.
Part of the problem with "new talent" is that they don't know how to make money in a slow economy and they don't have any patience. No one walks in the door and banks every night when they first start dancing. Add to that the fact that the clubs have a different criteria for hiring (a pulse and a house fee) than we as customers will generally appreciate.
You seem like a normal guy, and since there are very few on here i thought we could actually have a normal conversation without any hate. Yes i have been coming here for 8 years and i miss the old days of this place being packed with 60 dancers on a friday or saturday night. Back then this would be my only stop at night and i would get there at 10pm and leave 2am. I still know the majority of the dancers here especially the veterans like Elena, Lydia, Sydney, Julie and Isa. But they need to infuse some new and younger talent here as the veterans will not be around forever.

A shift is a shift and there are two of them every day. Some dancers work doubles and some don't. Some work weekends and some don't. In reality most of the guys who come in on the weekend are not big spenders. Many of them are time wasters. The girls know where the money is and when they will earn it. It's a mystery to you, not to them. Why do you even need to know the fat chicks name? Are you afraid you might not realize she's fat and smells bad and buy a dance from her buy mistake? Seriously, you guys crack me up.
Unless i am missing something four shifts is only two days right? So some girls are making 2k in 2 days? Those shifts have to include weekends because I go there on weekday afternoons about once or twice a month and its pretty slow. Personally i have been going here for about 8 years so i know the majority of the girls there and the quality of girls have gone downhill. So a fat chick approached you, did you get her name?
2k a week in 3 or 4 shifts is attainable for any woman who keeps her eye on the prize. Who it is doesn't matter. I can tell who it's NOT. It's not the girls who spend the first hour of their shift in the dressing room or spend hours sitting with a guy who buys one dance. It's definitely not the fat chick with the tattoos and cigarette breath who hit me up four times in three hours the other night! Two grand, six or seven hundred a shift. Four or five $100 VIP's and a dozen or so LD's and it's a done deal. Dancers are always going to complain to you unless you are buying a dance. If you're not part of the solution than you are part of the problem.
If girls are making 2k a week, with out extras they must be working 6 days a week. 2k a week comes out to about 14 CR's or 66 regular lap dances. Either way they have to be working the majority of the shifts the club is open for. I would guess that Lydia would one of the 2k a week girls but i dont think she works that much anymore. So you have me stumped as to who makes the 2k.
OK, back on topic. I didn't get to the club until after most of the day shift was gone. Brandy may have worked, I didn't see her. Camilla was not there. Yes, avg 2000 a week without extras. An experienced dancer can do that by hustling and not skipping her shifts. Elena was certainly very good at it but she's not the only one. This can and does happen in many other clubs as well. It really has little to do with the club or management or any of the other BS that gets written about here.
Camilla no longer works Saturday's because she uses that day and night to bang all her boy toys so she can pay her hubby pimp . Where did Elaina go back to Brazil to multiply and make babies or to take all her earning s back to open up a whorehouse . It's time for her to setup Camilla that location.

Camila was not there for either shift yesterday. I don't recommend anyone anymore. Sorry but there are far too many a-holes bashing dancers on this board nowadays and since I actually LIKE the women that I spend money on I don't like reading BS about them.
My advice is to pick a girl who is your "type" and invest in a dance or two. There really is no other way to find what you like.

I was at the club for a bit of both shifts yesterday. While it certainly wasn't jamming with customers like the old days it WAS fairly busy when I left. Probably a bit slow because of the holiday. I have to agree with "Saturday Night" when it comes to the money that can be made in here if you know what you are doing. I was there from 7 to about 10pm. Since I wasn't there when you where I'm not going to argue with your assessment. Since you were not there when I was you can't really argue with mine. Dancers complain all the time. Very few are making what they once made and the newer girls all have delusions of grandeur about making a grand a night. Those days are gone. I have two regular dancers in here that still average around two grand a week without sucking cock. The money is there if you know how to make it. The club is never going to look like it did ten years ago on a Saturday night. Go to any club in RI and try to find dancers who don't complain!
You must have been very drunk or very high to think the club was hopping last night. I was there from 11- 12:30 and it was dead both upstairs and down. The girls i talked too were complaining including the watiress saying its slow because of Easter weekend. I said its been slow on Saturday nights for the past year.

I remember several years ago Saturday night at Fantasies was the best place in Providence. Now its fallen flat on its face.
Not sure what you are expecting to find on a Saturday night. The old days of a hundred dancers working and wall to wall customers are gone and they are not coming back. I was at CF for three hours last night and had a great time. Plenty of good looking women and fairly constant activity in the private dance booths from my observation.
If you put a hundred guys inside CD, Caddy or the Foxy those places look packed. All of those clubs are half the size of CF. I hit the Foxy on my way home and you couldn't move in there. After three hours of relaxing entertainment and being able to actually find a seat and get the attention of the dancers that I was interested in I left the Foxy pretty quickly.
What the hell is going on here? Figured i would give a saturday night one more chance and it was dead as other times i have been here the past few months. Can somebody please help this place?
Newsflash the economy, especially in RI is terrible. No fat cats, big dogs or high rollers come to the strip clubs anymore. People are not coming to the clubs and dropping 2k a night anymore.
The days of the big/high roller are very rare nowadays . The only rolls I see are the ones on the dancers bellys or the older guys who come here with the beer guts . True best setup in town , but it's not being utilized right .
Fantasies has the bet set up of all the clubs with the two spacious floors and four stages, however its been dead the past year. They need to hire hotter women and get some new managment there as they are making bad decisions.
Look I dont care what any of you people say this club is no longer what it was , its not even close to the other clubs in town . I dont care how much its worth they keep making changes because they are not making the money they once did. There isnt much of a lineup here. You just see guys at the bar all spaced out bored to death.

If you happen to see like only 3 customers in the club, that doesn't mean anything, because customers will show up when you are not there and the HUGE PROfits will roll in.
This place is in a downward spiral and the writing is on the walls. Linda the bartender retiring is clue #1. Girls such as Sandra, Sabrina, and a few other brazillians leaving is clue #2. The ghost town atmosphere on friday and saturday nights is clue #3. If the club is not making money on the weekends then its tough to turn a profit. This place can get back to the glory days of the early 2000's but it will take a while.
IF you are gonna say something back it up with facts. This club has the ugliest bunch of girls around providence besides Cheaters, and for the most part there is a few girls doing the itc business like Camilla. This club is barely making enough to keep its doors open. Thats why even the bartenders are retiring. They see the writing on the wall or should I say flowers on the wall and are getting out while its been good.
for one thing , at least a half dozen club whores are doing some very nice business in here, days and nite shifts, making nice bucks for themselves and the club. The custies come in, fuck the dancers, and leAVE, so it appears the club is not geting much business because the guys don't hang around long..

This club needs some serious changes, and i thought this was the year that it was going to happen. I have seen some new girls around but they are not that great. I saw a new hot blonde a couple of friday nights ago but have not seen her since. Also have not seen Brandy around either, maybe i just have bad timing but this club needs more hotties.
Who goes to a strip club on a Monday afternoon?? Guys that are retired or unemployed i guess. Monday's are terrible at any strip club so the talent will not be that great.
How would you have any idea that girls "banged-out" with no repercussions? The answer is you wouldn't. It's a strip club. Girls no-show all the time but unless you have a schedule you don't now who was supposed to be there or what they will be fined if they no-showed without calling. My reading comprehension is just fine. I like this club and even I know better than to go on a Monday!
