pay the bouncer/timer 5 bucks tip, then one dollar tip to bartender - with that 5 dollars they still won't bother you and you won't need a door, especially with the rooms on the right side. So that totals $136 vs 120 for DESIRE - however FANSTASIES has small couches in several rooms not chairs. The problem for DESIRES is they're can't make the booths much larger or anywhere near as good as their champagne rooms, otherwise they kill the premium value of their high priced champagne rooms, whereas FANTASIES made a smart move simply by having one class(with slight variations) of semi-enclosed champagne rooms. DESIRES would be better off just having lets say 10 rooms like their Champagne room, charge the 120, forget the 400 dollar stuff
you can easily get your drink ahead of time before entering the Fantasies champagne room, (tip the bartender 2 bucks directly) an thereby avoid an untimely and embarassing interruption of whatever sleazy sex-related actb - that was either underway or being attempted. I don't believe there's too much doubt that the best 3 clubs in Providence are Cadillac Lounge, Fantasies, and Desires - each one has different strengths and weaknesses, and only an in-person visit can really determine which one a certain person will prefer. Mid afternoons most days - someone could visit all 3 clubs with zero cover in a few hours, they are not far away
So which club is better for couples if we both want private dnace at the same time? are the private booths the same as champagne room? we will be in Providence next weekend and are looking for some good clubs
i do booths at CD because of the privacy offered there now. The saloon doors at fantasies with the bouncers occasionally peeking in and waitresses delivering drinks are a distraction. fantasies should make the same improvements.
CD's booths are now wider, and not as cramped as they were before. But they're still not as big as CF's booths, which are nice. CD has changed their doors, no more swinging doors, they are now solid real doors, making for a more private dance. CD is $120 for 15 min., CF is $130, both include a drink. As the previous post says, CD's bouncers leave you alone. I usually tip them $5 on the way in, although I don't think it's necessary for privacy.

Right the CD (very cramped) booths (practically next to the bar and near other patrons) are supposed to compare to the Champagne Rooms at Fantasies? You must be smoking crack. CD has two small bars and that's where everybody sits. Not being able to get a seat there, because the dancers are probably stealing half of them, means nothing. OTOH, CD has a fifteen minute booth deal same as CF...
There really isn't that much difference between Caddy, Desire and CF. I go wherever the best looking dancers are working that day...
Desire has a smaller club therefore fewer girls but the quality of girl is pretty similar at Desire, Fantasies or Caddy. The difference is, Desire does not have the "cabaret" and little action at the stage. Generally set up for a more mature clientel and "regulars" that are catered to by the management and the girls. All things considered...a place with naked women, food and booze can't be too bad. In other words, I have had one hell of a good time in all three of the establishments. They each have their strengths and weaknesses. With a fist full of twenties...I am one sexy motherfucker.
FANTASIES may have a few problems, too dark hard to see stage, and the cattle car stage calls, which tie up too many dancers- who might be with clients, however DESIRE generally doesn't have a very wide selection of dancers and (with a few exceptions) cannot keep top shelf girls long term -partly because the dancers are forced to lay back on solicitation of customers. Also FANTASIES 15 minute champagne room deal is way better than anything at DESIRES, plus DESIRES has nothing like FANTASIES excellent upstairs area. DESIRES only has an edge with customers that want to pig out on free food and don't want dancers bothering them on an unsolicited basis.
The reason you can never get a seat at the bar at CD, is because they ever have enough dancers, so theres nothing else to do but sit and drink. Its why I stopped going.
Dancers outnumbering customers is no big deal, that can happen during the less busy hours at even Cadillac and Desires, although at Fantasies the club is so big - it looks strange.
What's really weird at Fantasies is when they do their SHOWCASE, which is usually at least 20 girls and sometimes the only one seeing it is the downstairs bartender, DJ, and lets say one customer, generally hiding at the bar. I am sure there have been times where there have been zero customers - such info (of course) not reported in here, because there was no customer there to report it.
I like the older women 30+ who look "good" but who also understand that an older guy like myself wants something more...like a tug and a rub. not sure why they prefer shadows over soft lighting, as it makes it difficult to see dancers on stage. Also Fantasies is only club I know in Providence that doesn't (sun) light block the main entrance way, apparently because the 2nd doorway at the entrance is part of a glass partition - so when a customer enters club on 1st floor the blaring light enters the club. The idea I thought with most clubs is to make day into night no matter what the time of day, considering for example most married patrons cannot go at night. Floor 2 much nicer partly because no issue with this
is always the time of year customers lose some interest in strip clubs, that's why its slow, however there is an ongoing overall decline that appears to be happening in Providence and other locales - somehow tied into the real estate downturn or a possible recession. Remember new customers are always out there in this business, and that helps a bit. Lets face it, men are not ever going to get tired of pretty girls walking around in skimpy outfits. Providence regs now make it nearly impossible to create new strip joints that sell booze - so Fantasies s/b ok given their quite good physical layout
