Seriously-there are a couple hogs here that need to wash up and brush their teeth. Most of the girls are pretty hot and make the trip worthwhile. Tho there's a few that need weeded out in a bad way.
Hey, y'all! As far as the seating goes, we aren't done yet! More seating that's not "stageside" is on it's way.We realize that not everyone is there to sit right by the ladies.But, we haven't removed any of the tables- they are all still there. We are just busier than we have ever been.We also lost some space when we added the extra private dance area, so it seems like there is less seating area.If you're coming out as a group, contact the club and let us know- we will save your tables until 10:30 PM.Also, there are more decorative changes coming.We appreciate all who come to the club, whether it's on a bareaoke night or not. Thank you for making the Tennsyon the success it is now.

I am not saying that we dont tip. As a matter of fact we tip
more sitting at the tables than we do when we are on the
stage. Some of the wives and girlfriends who come there
dont want a dancers pussy right in their face. They arent
there for that. What should be done is you cant sit at a
table unless you are a party of 3 or more. I go in with 6
people and there are 4 tables that have 2 guys each sitting
at them. THen we have to sit at the stage and its difficult to
talk to someone who is sitting 5 seats away.
if you aint got no money take your broke a$$ home.
the girls who work bareoke are there to work and make money. they dont make money when your a$$ is sitting at a table. there must be some reason why you come to a strip club. sure a lot of couples come to bareoke and i see those wifes and gfs tipping the girls. if you like a dancer give her a buck. it aint gonna break your wallet after spending money on a cover and a beer.
Yeah the remodeling looks great. Only problem is there are
too many seats on the stage. If I come in there with a group
of people we dont want to sit right at the stage if some of our
group have their wives or girlfriends. The women in our
group sometimes dont want to sit right on the stage.
Remember that what makes bareoke special is that its a nice
mix of men and women. Lets keep it that way and make sure
that its comfortable for everyone.
It's been awhile since I have been on. I read back a little bit and want to say a few things. The seating problem is a TEMPORARY inconvenience. The drink rail should be in by Halloween. The stage extension is completed and the whole stage has a new surface on it.The private dance areas have been remodeled, the pricing structure has been altered, and are in use all night long. For those who can afford it, they don't seem to have a problem with paying for some time with our dancers Also, we have a lot of new dancers who are SMOKIN'! If you want to know what's up, come on out and see for yourself! PEACE!
Moxy did have a drinking problem, but she wasn't fired for it. She retired and moved South. There would be nights when she would be so drunk she'd be falling off the stage by 10. She'd come into work drunk. If having a drinking problem is a reason for being fired, Sassy should be gone too.
Moxy drank like a fish and never had a problem with it. Last I heard was that she moved south to persue some arty fartsy fantasy. Or to just get away from the burgh. Ever since she left the club karaoke has been painful when the other girls have the mike.
Was there last Friday after a too long hiatus. I was really
hoping to see Moxy but she wasnt there. I heard that she got
fired for drinking problems. I hope that isnt true and if it is I
hope she gets the help she needs.
I'd like to wrap Pinky's legs around my head too! But I need many shots of Cuervo before hearing her sing. That's about the same time I go outside to call my ball and chain. No offense directed at Pinky. I think they're all pretty tone deaf right now. Jody was gross, but at least she could sing.
It isn't painful at all to listen to Pinky when she sings. I love it when she sings 99 Red Balloons. She is also very nice to look at. I'd love to wrap those legs of hers around my neck.
My guess is that the girls aren't allowed to sing anymore, becuase the latest bunch can't sing as well as dancers such as Miss Kitty, Brooke, and Moxy. The current girls are very nice to look at, especially since they are all nude now. But most of their singing is painful.
It has been a long time since I've been here. I remember dancers such as Miss Kitty, Brooke, and Moxy. I don't recognize anybody and they are all nude! I was only asking about the dancers singing because because I remember they would sing 2 or 3 times a night. There is something about watching an almost naked girl sing.
The reason the lovely ladies of the Tennyson don't get to sing like they used to is simple. The management of the Tennyson and myself have decided it's more important for those who come out for the BAREAOKE experience to get the opportunity to sing at the shows. With an average singer rotation of about 30 singers, we have to make adjustments and that means the ladies don't get to sing. PEACE! DJ Marty

I wanted everybody here to know that I attended Nudes-A-Poppin this past weekend. Look for me in the January 2009 issue of Cheri magazine due on the newstands Nov. 2008. The Playboy channel was also there filming for their TV series "69 Sexy Things You Should Do Before You Die." So look for me on the show. When you consider how to sell the rooms, you must consider what you are trying to sell. I am guessing that the booth-rooms at the Tennyson are rather small, and that the only difference between a private dance, and a private room is the time spent in the same booth. When you have a small booth, you have to question, how many customers are going to want to spend more than 15/20 minutes in that booth, for a private dance?
Also - The club always takes a cut of the cost of a private dance, or room. In the same booth, a dancer may be able to pocket more money pushing multiple dances instead of a short room. Anyone care to tell us what the dancers get on the private dances, and rooms.
MP, I thought those prices were a little high too. I'm only the messenger. Somebody asked about the booths and prices, I tell them. I actually prefer to do the dances by song and not sell a room. It's easier for me to keep track of how many I've done by song.

Those prices are outlandish at Jill's and Christie's. They are downright laughable at the Tennyson. Club Erotica only charges $200 for 30 minutes. Am I to believe that the Tennyson has better to offer that Club Erotica to justify the higher price?

Don't even offer a 15/20 minute room. They're a waste from the club standpoint. Then go $120 for 30 minutes and $200 for an hour.
Private dances are $20 per song. You also have the option of $110 for 20 minutes or $220 for 30 minutes. The new booths forced us to rearrange the stage seating, but it hasn't changed too much. Some drink prices did go up because of the new poured drink tax, but not all drink prices. We are closed Friday, July 4.
Now is a great time to come and check out the Tennyson. The backroom had a minor face lift with more to come. PLUS! the new private dance rooms are now complete! They are more comfortable and classy. As always, we have the original Bare-aoke on Wednesday and Friday nights.
Right on he was a boxer. I think that's Joe Frazier man. He started coming in for bareaokie and totally naked Tuesdays. I guess he was hurtin so they gave the man a job.
They want a $5 cover, and $4 a beer, to sit in an oven? This place is like a sauna full of cigarette smoke! The girls are definitely hot, and worth looking at. The DJ was pretty cool too. And they have a good selection of beer and liquor. But I didn't know if I was going to have a heat stroke or suffocate first. Maybe once they get some AC and a smoke eater in the place I'll give it another try.

It is nude, but the girls deliver different levels of nude. The best show to be had, is from Star, Pinky, Lani, Katie, and Sassy. They all get nude for a good bit of their time on stage. Plus, they aren't the least bit shy about spreading W-I-D-E and showing how wet they get. The rest of the girls get nude, but only near the end of the last song, and they don't show much. There are still one or two, who only go topless too.
