with the GGR is, the veterans are like a union. When a hot young girls comes in like Chloe, Jenna, Rayanne, Sierra Tian Kate and so on, the old vets start bad nmouthing them until they give up and quit. When that happenes you get a schedule like this week. Honey, Tyler, Raquel ... yeah the list goes on.
Obviously some line-ups are stronger than others and we all remember the glory days of the Cassidy-Simone-Yvonne-Dashya nights, but I don't think this line-up is so bad. The problem is the RamaRoom. The best dancers are hidden back there all night and the weakest keep getting put on stage. Phil - if you do ever take these comments to heart - I'd like to see every dancer put back in the stage rotation. At 12 minutes lost every 144 minutes it should only cost the club perhaps $40-50 a night and keep the customers happier.
I take no offense. We all want the best. Management needs to know that this is a concern although usually I find one I want that can do the trick for me. I grew tired of the lines though and when I get a chance I stray recently to another place but it's a drive - old vet

With the changing population there just aren't as many "traditional" caucasian beauties as there used to be - its an industry wide problem. More a matter of perception and our personal definitions of beauty. Now on money, I don't buy it. Dancers still earn more in a shift here than almost anywhere else. Elsewhere they'll have a good night here and there but not reliable like here. There have been off weeks before but the pull to come just isn't there like it used to be. And personally, that ain't such a bad thing.
last week when i was there i overheard one of the guys say that the cut bar maid june was no longer working here. does anyone know if thats true or false? I used to see her on mon's or tues. it would be a shame if she was gone as the gal who was there wasnt as friendly as she was. i guess over time she will lighten up like june.

The reason many really hot girls work other places than GGR has been explained to me by some of the dancers. It's all about money. At GGR laps are done on a timed basis. 5 min per dance. We pay $20 and the girl gets $17 of that. At most other clubs the duration of a lapdance is the length of a song typically 3 1/2 to 4 min and they charge more for the dance or take less of a cut so the girl gets more per dance. So it's $17 for 5 min of GGR level contact vs. more than $17 for 3 1/2 to 4 min of probably less contact. They said they get more for doing rooms at other clubs too. It's a no brainer for a really hot girl that could get all the dances or rooms she cares to do at just about any club she worked at.

And he can't abide a woman who's smarter than he is, and shows it (practically every woman here is smarter than he is, but smart enough not to flaunt it). Specifically -- he had Joey. A definite asset to this place. He made life difficult for her, apparently she quit, and now we have....(fill in the blank). Phil - if you give a shit, apologize. You can do it, big guy. The club can attract some better dancers if they tried. Lots of girls give stripping a try at the bikini bars but soon lose interest when they don't make the big $. With $1000 plus per night earning potential at the ggr I would think that some young babes might give nude danceing a try. Why not have a college girl night once a month. Or maybe any ametuer night.

Just adding my 2 cents. It's not like Phil has a line of fresh good looking girls trying to get a job here and he's denying them a chance to work. Really good looking women aren't dancing so much coming out of high school. The other clubs even the city have had a talent drop off, looks-wise over the last 9 or 10 years Isince 've been going. There are some nice ones, but just fewer than before. When Phil tells a pretty girl that wants to dance here that she can't, let us know. That's not happening so the whining is useless.

I'm not trying to knock the girls. There are a ton of gorgeous dancers here. The ones that aren't perfect 10s usually have an adorable personality to make up for it. The few like Raquel and Honey that have no redeeming qualities are the only two I really need to speak up about. Yes, this week does have Dillon and Sydney, Daniel and Adrienne, and several other super cuties, but overall, this week is poor. couldn't agree more with previous poster - I went last night after being away for a while. The dancers are for the most part just horrible - who is the genius who thinks these women are hot. My god, they are the farthest thing from hot I've ever seen in a strip club. I stayed about half hour before I got disgusted and left.
