Can't say enough about the Mons. One of the best parts was that one of the girls there (fairly new) lap danced to KORN!! How cool is that?!? Can't get "Nadia" off my brain. She was absolutely gorgeous and entrancing. Tan, talkative and upbeat. I dedicate Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" to her. Making plans to get back there, possibly for the Saints/Bucs game.
I went to the world famous Mons Venus for the first time last week (4/13). I've been to the Night Shift in Baltimore, all up and down the Sunset Strip in Hollywood (7th Veil, Hollywood Tropicana, Body Shop, etc), Gold Clubs in New Orleans and Pinehurst, NC and BY FAR the Mons Venus is the best club on the planet. Those women are the best!! Nadia - absolutely amazing!!!!! She messed me up for life! Cannot wait to go back.

I agree. I usually go to Mons once a year when I'm visiting Tampa. It is nothing like it was a few years ago. They used to have only beautiful women. Now they just have the "typical dancer" that you can find in almost every other club.
Why more blondes? Blondes do not equal variety dear. I remember going in there about 2 or more months ago and smiling. Both girls on stage were tattooed and piereced. One had long black hair and the other red. They were both hotter then any blonde in that place, especially the red head. I dont even like that look! So I say hurrah for variety and keep it up! I think house is doing a wonderful job.

Mons has really got to get the old school playboy playmate mentality back. Nobody likes to look at stick figures with fake hair. I'm an East Coast guy and this was my first time at a Tampa club. This place has just as many advantages as it does disadvantages. The good: (1)for the first time, I didn't leave a strip club smelling like a cigarette ashtray (2) there is mostly full contact/full nudity (3) there are mirrors on the wall for YOU to watch what you're doing (4) Great looking girls with nice personalities The bad: (1) it cost $30 just to get into this place, even during the afternoon--clubs in West Palm Beach charge $10 admission and only at night (2) no private champagne room--EVERYTHING is out in the open---one of the two girls I danced with implied she would be willing to go a little further physically, but couldn't. Will I be back??? Don't know!

The quality of entertainers at the Mons hasn't really dropped in the past ten years. It wasn't even that good ten years ago. These days, Houston is the epicenter of sex for hire masquerading as lapdances instead of Tampa though you can still find that in Tampa if you know where to look. The thing about the Mons is you could never get extras in the club because there have never been private rooms. However, the quality of dancers has always been better than at the other Tampa clubs (except possibly 2001), and you can always get a full-contact lapdance from an outstanding looking woman guaranteed not to be a fatty or fugly because of the Mons' hiring practices.

Went to Mons Sunday night. What a bunch of money-grubbing hos. They are like absolute zombies while on stage. Then, when they get off stage, they are like robots running from one customer to another asking for a dance. Most of them don?t even engage you in one sentence of small talk before they pop the question??Would you like a dance?? It?s almost entertainment by itself watching how fast that fake smile melts from their face when you say ?no thanks?. It?s so easy to say no to these girls when the first words out of her mouth are ?Would you like a dance??. BTW, don?t dare pay more than $20 per dance. Every girl I bought dances from was more than willing to dance for $20 per dance.
