About a year ago, met up with a tall, dark-haired dancer who had only started to work there recently (about 02/06). There is no job for a DJ at Mons because there is no DJ. We use a jukebox on the wall (much like the touchtunes at sports bars) and feed dollar bills into it all night. Customers can play stuff, too. We love it. Now we get to hear what WE want to hear, not some "DJ" who thinks his taste in music is the only one. Plus, we girls are SICK of putting up with whiney DJ's who talk over the songs and complain when we ask them to play certain songs, and then are expected to pay you for being a pain in the a**.

It's a small club but has alot of rich guys that come in every night and pack the house. Do not work at Ybor Caberette or Ybor Strip. Deja Vu in Brandon near Tampa is a great club to work at too. I worked there for 3 months. Deja Vu Tampa should still be 30 for Rent or House (however you say it) and 25 per dance witha 5 dollar payout with vip rooms from 115 or 150 to 500 I believe. I hope you have good luck. I did. I live in Colorado Springs now and work at the Deja Vu there if you ever decide to visit ask for Brandon and Vixen. Have a good time in FL! Quit asking questions like are there 2 for 1's or free covers. There is ALWAYS a $20 cover, day or night. That is how the club makes money unlike places like 2001 or Deja Vu that charge a portion of the dance fee (which the girls ask for tips, making her $25 dance now cost you $30, not to mention all the $300 VIPs and dance specials that come with silly golf shirts or the like). There are always 5 or 6 girls on stage naked. Full contact but no straddle humping like at 2001. No sex! Don't ask! Dance prices: a sign on the wall says $20 - 30 negotiable. So it's up to the girl to cut a deal when it's slow, many do a 3/$60. It's not WalMart, so quit trying to see ass for free.

Made my first trip to Mons on 11/9 (normally I go to 2001). I got in around 8:30-9 & it was a total sausage fest. I felt like I had just pissed away $20. Good news...hand stamp gets you in all night. I went back over to 2001 (no cover w/ nightmoves coupon) & enjoyed myself more. More private dances. Mons is full of nudity everywhere!, but it is not private & hard to sit. It is like a smaller OG in Vegas with more groping. I can see the appeal of this place, but I prefer 2001 to get dances in the boothes
