Cheeks has a way nicer building and hotter girls Porshe, cameron, eve, and a few others would be "A-listers" at any club, and on average the girls are prettier. BUT, it is harder to find a high milage dance at PH you're pretty much guaranteed of getting a finisher, not so at Cheeks. at PH i had every girl there ask for a dance.
