Not jurisdictionless, just free of local ordinances and zoning/building etc. That jurisdiction is gone. The state has uniform laws and again any local effort would have to move the entire state to come up with new restrictive or harrassment type laws. Harder and slower to pass on the state level.

As for getting "real", lol, that was some funny stuff but I think more customers prefer more room, comfort and privacy for conversation and entertainment, plus of course the "VIP" recognition, like the silly champagne courts in so many clubs. It's just as legal or illegal depending on your viewpoint.

you are ignoring one minor FACT. A club in NC (executive suite- you can link to their site through the SCL) DOES quite successfully offer "limo" dances (bed dances too for that matter). It's advertised openly on their site. THat right there proves it's possible to do such a thing.
And as i said earlier, unless some politico is trying to make a name, cops have better things to care about than some guy in a limo. It's a simple concept really.

There are many very well defined motor vehicle laws. They are state laws, not ordinances. And well litigated federal and state constitutional issues.

I had thought of the limo idea for the Playhouse last year as a way to stick it to the local town coming up with dumb ordinances. Once mobile, out of their juris-fucking-diction. Zoning/building requirements gone. Drive thru towns, creating a regulatory nightmare if they hassle u.
But instead of limo, more economical would be a big camper or mobile home, one of those monster ones with many rooms. Could be fun. They can run that a couple times a week, maybe just Fridays to Sundays. Tourist tour bus! There go the ordinances, poof! Drive it and park in front of some slime ball politician's house who is out to hassle clubs for cheap political gain.
and another thing. there's a club in NC that does Limo dances. You get a 30 min limo ride, with the dancer of your choice who goes full nude. supposedly, if you get the right girl, anything goes.
There is actually a club in Memphis tenn that does Hot tub dances. Never tried one myself. the idea of trying on a rented bathing suit was ummmmm not too appealing.
The hot tubs are a good idea. It will require a lot of health
code requirements since they are public. But since Cheeks
does not spring for on stage dancing and DJ and all that,
not sure if they would go for hot tubs. Dont underestimate
hot dancing on an elevated stage. How many people dont
go to Cheeks at all because they figure if they dont want to
spend a lot on tent dances or just want a guys night out,
that at Cheeks, unless you have dollar bills or 30 bucks
ready. There really is no other way to spend time. I can
only wonder how many people only wanting two or so
lapdances on a given night avoid Cheeks completely.
And you got to wonder about some things that might float? haha, I've seen too many comedies. The idea came from an Austin Powers scene. Won't work unless they do a complete drain and refill each time. Guess they could if tub was really small, cost would be like 2 dollars for heat and water. Shower dances may be easier but the advertising and image of a hot tub would make dudes nuts. The strip club biz in general needs some more innovation. While I realize hot tubs would only be for VIP and not as frequent as ld's, when you get into "public hot tubs rentals" (it's not like home or hotel room use), you are in a WHOLE NEW ball game with health dept requirements (if they would approve), and insurance. In two years interning, I have seen some share of impetego, fifths disease, ringworm, and a few other things that may have been contracted from or around a community or school swimming pool/area. If that happens just once, here, lawsuit..unless the guy does not want to come out of the closet.

Cheeks, in my estimation IS the top club if you want huggy, smoochy ladies lapdancing you at the bar for a dollar or in the tent for thirty dollars. HOWEVER, if you want less dollar ld's and less 4 minute dances and want to sit back in comfortable chairs for a while, and watch beautiful young ladies dance on an elevated stage to great sound system music and a great lighting system, it is not the top club. Sorry to those who worship or are paid to worship Cheeks.
The hot tubs idea sounds great, on paper. Being a physician, I
can tell you there is no amount of chemical treatment that can
fully protect a small body of warm water, perfect temps for
bacterial growth, that has numerous bodies being plunked in
it day after day. In fact, for that kind of use, it may be a health
and/or occupational hazard. Unless draining, cleaning, and
refilling after a certain amount of time is feasible, it may not
float.

I would not do it that way. I'd come straight down Rt 537, it's a pretty road, all the way to Rt 206. Then head south on 206 maybe 10 minutes till you get to Rt 38 (corner with diner on right, ice cream on far right corner, gas on far left corner.
Take a left at that corner.
Cheeks will be approx 2 miles (no more) on your right.
Long ago I used to commute to Freehold and that way saved lots of miles and time. If anything may have changed it's maybe more traffic and development on Freehold side of Rt 537 but I bet it's still faster time wise and many many miles shorter as it's much more direct. The other way is a semi-circle but u can try both and find out.
33 west to turnpike. take exit 5 to Mount Holly. This will take you to route 541, make a right at light. Stay on 541 then make right at light for 541 bypass (Burger King on your right, next light after Woodhaven Road). Stay on bypass to the 3rd light route 38 and make a left. Route 38 turns into 530 at roite 206 and Cheeks will be on your right side maybe a mile to a mile and half.

I was here tonight (Tues nite) and I broke that union. They talk to each other about the customers too, and that's not an entirely bad thing. Girls I lapped with before, like Miriam, I just said no to all night, waited them out on a slower night. She was pissed. I noticed another young one not even walking around much, discouraged on a Tues around midnite, and approached her for one dance. No talking but the dance was going well, and I ended up with 3 dances, absolutely no union dues paid, with a union caliber dance. Half cost. I'm thinking maybe the other union members told her I wouldn't go for the union thing but she just decided to fuck it, since it was a slow night, and go against the union pay scale.
I've just been to this club 3 times and I'm ready to say it's the best club I've ever been to. My only problem is that coming from galloway NJ, it's a long haul, about 50 or 55 minutes. I didn't really notice the DJs, the music or anything but the girls. Last bartender, dark thin curly haired, is a doll.

DD's in TR is 225 for a half hour and there were big

The champagne room is 350. Once your in, of course, your money is paid and you'll be a target for even more money to be be paid. The room is nice but my 2 experiences in it were poor, with most regular tent laps being much better.

Incidentally, anyone that comes in here knows there all sorts of girls in every place.
