it is people like YOU that, in fact, make it more difficult for a blonde woman to do a job she is more than qualified to do JUST because you believe that she has the job because she is blonde and not IN SPITE OF her being blonde (AND a woman in a male dominated industry I might add).In this industry, you should be empowering other woman, as in return you as a woman shall also reap the benefits of empowerment. It does you no good to sit around feelinf sorry for yourself, instead why don't you use your time to research womens issues and the MANY ways all women are discriminated against. You are a woman first!!! Above and beyond any colour you may or may not be.
Obviously you must be very young and lack life experience. Look at any job posting on workopolis. Most likely it states that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
Also, you stated that you were in school so your availability HAD to be limited by your own admission.
Its time to grow up and see that you cannot blame your failures on your skin colour but only on your own short-comings as an applicant.
Can you imagine how much time it would take management to call EVERY SINGLE applicant back? Certainly not an efficient business practice.

But if that were the case, then she should have called me back to let know that i was not eligible for the job. let the best man/ woman get the job.. but sincerely, even alot of dancers left this club because they felt discriminated against. and for your information, i had an open schedule and great personality. i like to stand up for what is done wrong to ppl. there are alot of people in this country who are reated badly due to skin color etc, and i stand up for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
did you ever think that maybe they hired someone else who had more experience/more availability/more personality...or anything else? if they didnt want to hire you they she would have not told you anything. just cause you apply for a job doesnt mean youwill get it evertime and if you dont get it maybe it cause there was someone better and not just the right skin/hair colour.
The colored women working there are dancers, not servers....I was really nice to her, just just did not call me back even though she said she way. That seems a bit racist to me...Blonde girls get their way in life because they are blonde, not because they are good at what they do. You don't know what it feels like to be discriminated against, maybe because you never have had that.
Excuse me there little Lady talking about the blong bar tender being racist.. HELL no.. She is an amazing women and there are alot of colored girls that work there.. she prob didnt hire u cuz u were rude or she didnt like you.. That blond manager is an amazing woman.. GET over YOURSELF!
I would recommend the wait staff for dances, but you have to be careful on when they do the dance. The owner watches on the camera's from his NF bar. So the best time is when he leaves the Toronto club-he usually sits in the raised area with his manager. Tall Skinny with a Black Leather Jacket and Jeans. When he leaves, it will take him about 45 Minutes to get to NF. During that time you can prime them with liquor. Most of them are former dancers, once a dancer always a dancer $$$$. Good Luck.
i will be in on friday p.m. had the best time ever last time i was here, but that was a few months ago, is it still the same, can anyone recommend a good v.i.p. dancer.
There is pleanty of parking, it is a fair sized club and there are about 15 house girls and various freelancers/girls from other seductions locations working.
Can anyone provide some info about this club? How many girls usually work there? Are the girls attractive or have they seen better days, etc. Are the drinks at reasonable prices? Is this a large club or small? Thanks.

He was never the owner its always been the same guy he is just an employee. You should call and ask for one of the managers because I work there 6 days a week and I have not seen george in almost a year I think. I don't even know if he works for the owner anymore
Well he was when I was there, he was a nice guy too. Is there a new owner? I did call but they said George would be in probably on Tuesday. George should have my cell number I gave it to the DJ who answered the phone when I called on Friday. Can You just tell him to call me and I will take it from there Thanks.
How much is the shift pay now? George the Owner used to pay $75 after the DJ fee was taken off, is it still the same? My picture is the one attached and if he is still there, tell him that I have lost about 20 pounds for that picture-from Italy but I speak hungarian also.
I just started in April I I don\'t know a Joe, so I guess he doesn\'t work there anymore.

Im Kathy and i werk at Seductions in Toronto! i think the place i werk at is great and great waitstaff! except for a couple but i wont mention names:D I AM the hotest waitress and very honest so no worries with me! We're open Mon-Sat 11am to 2am! There is no more smoking there UNFORTUNALTY but it is still a great environment! i werk there most nights so i hope to see ya soon!!!!:D
