Hey, I would agree with the other posters here that while Silk is not perfect, it is without a doubt the best club in milwaukee. A few years back I would have taken OTB over Silk (even though it is a 30 minute longer drive for me, but OTB is killing themselves with the $35 dance. At least for me that kills it. Maybe they do well with the Chicago people who have no choices at all in IL.

I thought this place could keep some consistent talent, but it's not there right now. I think the money potential is just that potential, and not realized by many. They overbook girls and I just can't see that many girls wanting to travel all over the state or quitting if the money is really good. I imagine the tip out for the girls is not cheap with all the staff the works there and the fancy club decor.
Many of us (dancers) travel between the 3 silks (one is outer limits Madison). Some of us dont mind full nude, some do. Its nice being considered the new girl in the club from time to time. Silk is currently the best when it comes to $ potential. When you travel outside the state its a real crap shoot. Even Vegas is a dry well at times. Fresh faces means more competition for us but more choices for you. See ya soon!! : )
Silk says all this stuff about being the best club in the Midwest, but is it really a good place for ladies too dance?? I had 8 dancers in mind to have some fun with from some visits this fall, but my last visit in January only 1 was there and at least half the dancers were totally new.
The dancers only get 13 from each 20 lap dance, VIP is 300 so I doubt many guys do it. Then they book 30 girls to dance during a weeknight.
I really think many girls don't make money here and thus quit. Can any dancers provide some feedback?
I understand why you can't post dancers if there working or not, it would be a full time job, although other clubs do try. BUT, please don't say when a guy calls that "SHE IS WORKING AND IN THE HOUSE", then I make the trip and she is NOT there! BAD BUSINESS practice. Why would you do that!
