Anthony used to be a car thief, , , no lie. And he has been known to steal or extort tip money from the girls and other workers which "he" thinks he is entitled to!! This may explain why some quality dancers left and went elsewhere.
Ever since the manager anthony from norma jeans/ hustler has been working there ive noticed more not so good looking girls coming in and some of the better looking girls leaving, i think managment has takin a turn 4 the worst. i also think that anthony n 1 of the other managers are very un profesinal. myself and a few of my friends who have been coming 4 years n spending lots of money will b checking out other clubs this weekend instead of coming there. i am very disapointed n i hope the owner or owner, s will fix these problems.

I love this place , I am always treated great by evreyone, and most of the girls r absolutly amazing! Some I think sould be playmates. Plus I've gotten some of the best lap dances in my life there. At Ritz there are $30 lapdances, $150 private suite for 15 minutes, $300 private suites for 30 minutes. Very little touching for $30, you might get away with more in the private suite depending on the girl. If you like wild lap dances my recommendation to you is Players club on Fri or Sat night, that's when the best girls are there. Buyer beware at Players Club, sometimes things get nasty in there.
I am one of the many former Hustler Honeys who had the pleasure of working with Parker. I don't know a lot about the Ritz, past or present, but based on my experience, it must be a much better place with Parker on staff. He is always enthusiastic, charismatic, friendly, honest, and compassionate; he is the one male manager I've had that could really understand what entertainers go through. I've heard all the rumors, but don't believe Parker to be anything short of one-of-a-kind. Don't ever change, Parker!

So i'm sure that "Jason" is just mad because instead of parker being the one who got punked it was him that really got punked. and i'm sure that parker would be jasons biggest worry in Baltimore right now anyway. I stopped in here a few weeks ago on a Saturday, around 7pm. 10 bucks just to walk in the door, and another 8 for a warm Corona. 20 bucks to just walk in the door and sit down with a beer in front of me is bad enough, not to mention they had a lineup of 2 girls working! Was here the weekend b4 Thanksgiving. Saw Jade and Mandi on different nights. They were very very good to me. Mandi especially is extremely hot and both girls made sure I left happy and relaxed. Was in town on business and not sure when I will get back but I'll return here when I do.

You know I called about a job at Ritz yesterday and I was told they don't hire any "Block" girls. What a bunch of BS since I know Melissa Kay is working over there and she didn't just work on the block, she worked at Flamingo which is all bottle girls, crackheads and heroin addicts.
Lets see. The music might be the worst of any club in the city. Dress code keeps the girls from making money. Hal the manager has the brains of a martini glass and to top it all off the hot body black chick left to california or something. Hell I did'nt even like black girls until this club.
Was here a few weeks back. Place is nice! Girls were pretty decent (I was surprised!). Lap Dance area leaves little to be desired. Wasn't impressed with it at all. Not very private really.
Came back to visit again this past Wed. They open at 4:00 with $20 lap specials from 5pm until what time I don't recall. (Happy Hour). Was dissapointed. At 4:20 the door was still locked. Then at about 4:30 they opened the door. There were NO girls. Left at about 5:15 and the bartender said the girls "may" get there about 5:30. Hmm. Go to Starbucks. What if they opened at 6am and didn't have cofee until 7:30? Not good business IMO. Nice place though!
