Another reason Marios has been going downhill couldnt be because they're the most expensive club in the area, for girls who aren't anything special from any other club, the bouncers and the owners are assholes, and they turn away paying customers on the word of the 25-dollar skanks that work for them who are pissed off that a guy stops giving them money the way he used to.

I haven't been to any of the clubs you mentioned lately, so maybe they all suck compared to Mario's.
Mario's was MUCH better a few months ago & clearly not all clubs have suffered the same steep decline.

There's really no competition there since the concentration of clubs and dancers down there will always make a visit to Providence a better deal. Maybe you went there on a good day & have been having sh1t luck at the other clubs you mention, but all 4 I listed are simply better & more consistent.
I've been a regular here and at the old Johnston club for many years. The club is definitely short of dancers right now-all dancers are required to work 4 shifts a week instead of 3. That being said, it's not much different in any club that I've been to lately. Alex's has no more than four or five girls on most day shifts and The Gras isn't much better. The Magic Lantern had four girls working a night shift on my visit last week.
Management/ownership? Sorry boys but it's been the same core group for many years. Frank doesn't fire dancers who don't cause trouble, show up for work and try to earn. He DOES fire dancers who disrespect the other dancers, the club or it's staff.
I originally posted the question. I never went there "back in the day", so I don't know about that, but something a little less than a year ago the club was clearly one of the best. Now it's simply not. Hardly any girls there; best of them slightly above average & very few patrons. That's the evening report, I assume days are no better. Most clubs are slightly off their peak from a few months ago, but several have clearly passed Mario's. Do they think they can be successful at this without hot women?

was in there at what seemed to be shift change around 530, the day shift looks like it was a lot of older women and the night shift from what i could see were very average girls at BEST. At this time last year the place had a very large group of beautiful women. Place just isn't the same.
