If you're going to be shill for this club, you should first learn how to spell it's name correctly. It's nice to hear some new talent is being hired, but why the Gold Club? That club is not exactly known for top talent. And are the dancers going to take their clothes off, or is this place still a go-go bar?

That's not just funny, it's ridiculous. First of all, it's not a real strip club and never will be. Not a dig, just the law. Second, the parking is terrible and that's not going to change either. Third, the "hotel" will always attract the kind of people that a better class of clientele don't want to associate with. (Read the "Train Wreck" review on Yahoo! Travel, it's hilarious.) I wish the place could improve, but I'm not delusional. Aim lower or suffer the inevitable crash and burn.

This place and dancers are a shell of its former self. Most dancers took off quick out of here after the Gestapo Chris became manager. They were losing major cash and could not take care of their regulars the way they wanted. They began peeking over dancers here and watching customers like hawks. Installing mirrors, and making sure no extras happen. This place is a drag. I would like to see it close down and let them starve for the changes they made.

I've only been here a few times, but it was better then I expected from all the bad reviews. Girls were not gorgeous, but certainly reasonably attractive. Two of them had fit, toned bodies. Lap dance area downstairs consists of private rooms with big, comfortable love seat type couches. Each dance is $5 to the house, then $20 or $25 to the girl. ( Get the price straight before the dance to avoid surprises. ) Each dance is timed at 4 minutes, so you can't be cheated.

Chris decided to change it up and stop the extras so he can have the girls all to himself for his own personal knob polishing. All the extras go to the manager now .
The thugs will never be gone unless a ton of cash is poured into the place to make it more upscale which will price it beyond their means. Also the transients using the rooms upstairs will have to be removed and that renovated to more upscale apartments or rooms. It has the location for anything. Just need an improvement with the economy and maybe some tax incentives but that isn't the RI way.

What the guys want is the extras they had before. They don't mirrors up all over the walls watching the action and the manager peeking in yelling hands off. This place will not last without high contact dances and the extras that happened downstairs. This place should of shut down after the flood and took the new boss with it .
